What we do not collect

Komnata Feed does not collect, store, or process customer personal data such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or emails.

What we process

We access and transform only the product catalog information you select (products, variants, collections) to generate feed files for channels like Google Merchant Center and Meta. This data remains within your Shopify store and the connected channel endpoints you choose.

Security & retention

• No merchant or customer PII is stored by Komnata Feed.
• We do not sell, share, or retain merchant or customer data.
• Access is limited to the minimum scope necessary to generate feeds.

Your choices

• You control which products/collections are included in each feed.
• You can remove or regenerate feeds at any time.
• Uninstalling the app immediately revokes our access to your store.
